first of all sorry if i butchered him too much... my favorite thing to draw is the hand, it turned out really good. my least favorite is the weapon(?), i realized halfway that the hand is tangled with it. the meme is me realizing https://t.co/W1YaJvq7AG
Study work is so helpful. It always opens my mind up a little more and gives me new tools to use in my inventive work. These studies were partly exercises in caricature, figuring out how to amplify and regroup elements in the reference.
Still really like how this little guy looks. Need to do more studies of my plushies, especially since by design they have to be basically made up of simple shapes.
I started this on my new tablet while I was waiting for my turn during an exam and then I continued it during the breaks of my studies
The quality could have been better, but I realized too late that I drew the whole thing on a small canvas— oh well
