Heritage Auctions has put a couple of animation art pieces on auction. These range from Disney artwork from Pinocchio to Peter Pand and even Charlie Brown and Simpsons cels. Some of these pieces can fetch up to $20K. Pretty amazing stuff.

Something different tonight. I have a collection of cels from Animalympics and some included the original drawing. For fun and practice I scanned the originals in and then digitally cleaned them up in Toon Boom Harmony to see what the results could look like.

Been researching some 90's anime cels for a project, and I came across an OVA called Macross Plus, which seems to fit the style I'm looking into best.

Don't know anything about Macross, but these shots/designs are just GORGEOUS 💖

Im surprised that some of these are for $15-$30! But then I guess they aren't bjg series.

I could afford to get one 🤔 But I would need to do some research on maintaining them.

Here are cels to the Hanna-Barbera film, "Rock Odyssey" Various clips have been found online, and movie fans have tried to put the pieces together of what they've managed to find to create the full movie. It is however available for full viewing at the Library of Congress today
