Here's a strip where I needed a sunrise effect. Flat colors are reused from a base palette, then just add a peach-blue gradient on a soft-light layer.

It’s complete. 15 1/2 hours later, I’ve finished my master study of The Lobsterman (The Doryman) by N.C. Wyeth.

Color matched by eye, no layer effects. A hard self assignment but I’m glad I did it and I’m happy with how it turned out!
