when i started to appreciate persona i wasnt trying to hard copy any styles but a lot of the artistic choices like pretty eyelashes etc i wanted to incorporate into my work. here's a pic i did though when i was purposefully trying to emulate it

disgaea was more like a side artstyle that i played w for a while i rly love the quality of the art but its not so much me but i did try to (poorly) emulate the style for certain projects back in college..

I've seen so many people say things lately like:
"The Demons Souls Remake is how they WOULD'VE had it look if they had the tech".
That's blatantly false. We have tons of concept art that shows us how the characters look, and the Remake makes no attempt whatsoever to emulate that.
