I just need to finish up his app for The Waiting Room RP. His name is Ushio Takahashi, he’s Japanese Canadian, and his cause of death was drowning (it’s why his hair/shirt is wet, his lips/fingers/toes are blue, and his tattoo and shoes are water-themed for the irony of it all).
