I have that book, I remember using it among others for trivia back in the day. I can appreciate they want to make nods and form a loose continuity but it just involves ignoring the continuity errors and lore conflicts to make it actually make sense.

I don't think I need to say much about this one.... anyone that has checked out Bek's twitter knows that he is a forward-thinker. No one is worse at hiding their ingenuity than he is, and it's amazing how insightful he can be, even with a 140 character limit.
