The dress is lookin' spot-on if you ask me. If you don't mind, though, I did some red-lines over it to render a shape, then line'd over that in black to show how it all comes together. The action is good, so I used your lines like a "gesture" to find this pose. Hope it helps!

For example, as I looked at more examples of tiny cartoon "chibi" characters, I realized I had to simplify a lot of aspects of the design and shape, so you'll see how the Torso was demphasized so focus would be on the head/arms, and the head was made into a much clearer /_\ shape
