ok carmine's hair has misassigned palette data in some of his sprites in arcade UNIEL? either that or fpan just decided to not give him colors for his white hair and certain outlines and highlights in the default/testing palette

the shading is whats going to sell it as a kingdom art, i have herbs pull art as a reference on the side.. i have to do soft gradual shading as well as the lighting on the coloring and outlines. very little tells on what makes it apart of a specific cookie game
