I have been working on my inking and shading, especially trying to understand the style of Derek Laufman last week.

The mouse is an original artwork I’ve made after 3 studies. I drifted away from Laufman’s style but I think I still applied a bit of what I have learnt.

Tried the himi miya gouache with some tiny trees studies. I still get scared of using new art supplies, but I realized it has a LOT of paint. Made these based on an art magazine from the 2000s I found: Getting Started in Art Magazine.
