@scampsaccount in terms of games TWEWY (both of them) and specifically persona 3 come to mind. persona 3 was a lot more willing to get weird with it with the way people dress because of its weird vibe and vaguely cyberpunk setting (i think of fuuka's outfits a lot)

Like, if the character and the lighting is both warm I choose whatever it vaguely mirrors on the colour wheel for the bg
