finally got around to ripping Dr. Roo.

He's not in the MEGA yet because he used the NST bones instead of the CTR bones. But through a bit of special engineering aka copypasting, I took the Dr. Roo parts and put them on the CTR model. Also gave him the angry glasses from PS1!
