I haven’t drawn his scars yet- but Dezmond was bitten multiple times fending off Worgen when everything happened. He also got a nasty scar along his eye that helped fully seal the curse into him !! (Art provided by @/kaozima !! 💕)

Kengah was bitten on her ankle/calf while trying to outrun a worgen on her horse. She had her boots on so damage was minimized, but the bite was deep enough to break her skin and pass on the curse.
