These dubs are also notorious for bad voice acting (Phineas sounds like a little girl in the 1st and like he has a sinus infection in the 2nd) and bad sound mixing.

Maybe I shouldn't decide until I fully finish something using this method but I think this technique is really gonna work out for me!

Speaking of brushwork -- WHEW! I think my biggest improvement was definitely in technique.
Directional strokes, working with opacity, layering and mixing colors, soft vs hard edges, the impact of the correct undercolor... I'm excited to implement these in some original artwork!

different dark colors depending on what I'm shading, For ex bbh's dark purple skin is good with a dark saturated purple at a med-low opacity, while gold rings I'd use a lighter red-pink at a low-ish opacity. * still using round mixing brush btw*
