I dont think The design should be "over the top" to please the players. I just think they missing out a lot of detail with just making Hofi with very short skirt and leaving her legs so bare. They made this kind of bare designs recently and its too repetitive in my opinion

Last year I discovered the joy of taking NPCs from published adventures (In this case Wild Beyond the Witchlight) and redesigning, fleshing them out for my particular table and players~
Some changed more than others, but it's made the experience all the more memorable~
