Was kinda curious so I asked my instagram folks what dog breed would fit me in terms of a fursona and said I'd draw some suggestions... needless to say I already learnt not every of these dogs actually fits lol.
I said I was not gonna keep any but ugh... got a clear favorite...

I think most pick dogs, dog-like animals and felines because we grew up with them as pets. I grew up with cats all my life so i always related to them more 😭

I have some species on the more uncommon side and rare breed dogs, but my main is camel. (Which is a double edged sword, a species a lot of folks seem to struggle with drawing.)

Camels are so ignored in the fandom, but they seem to be difficult for most people to draw. I also have a fossa, an elk, some reindeer, an oryx, a sable antelope, a Japanese marten, some rare breed dogs, and a plethora of ideas I may get around to at some point.

If jelly puppet and peanut butter puppet were animatronics, jelly is a fox and peanut is a hound, cause foxes eat berries (also foxes are shy and so is jelly) and dogs eat peanut butter, I made peanut a hound specifically cause of 'the fox and the hound'
