Beginning of the year vs two days ago. A massive improvement, really.

The left image is my very 1st attempt at illustration Firmino in 2016.

The right is pretty much where I’m at now.

This isn’t a post to say look at my improvement, more to say to any budding illustrator, practice loads & stick with it, work hard & you will get your reward! 🙌🏽

it is an improvement, i gave it a shot and i had to reshape things slightly to have a better connection look nice, this is how i'd do it but that too basically fixes it

I love the improvement, and I love these two bc they have been with me for so long

Here are the terrible older versions of him and his design... And also a lesson, that you should keep practising! I'm not near where I want to be in terms of improvement, but I am improving <3 little by little!

6 months of art progress.

Lucy was my first digital drawing (yikes 😅) and the sunset was my first environmental piece, also done in the first month.

Byleth and the mountain view were done recently. Lots of improvement, but nowhere near good enough yet.

The actual image to my latest postcard from about two weeks ago..... There is always room for improvement, but I'm pleased so far.

I repeated the daily character portraits/headshots thing for 2018. There was some improvement, but still half of them make me cringe. Below are the good ones.

So yeah, here's the first week of in review! If this is one week's worth of improvement, imagine 1 month's 👀

Some improvement, because I need to see that right now because I am currently again thinking "I do not improve at all"
August 2017 vs August 2019

Hey, yes you. The fact that other people have skill, doesn't mean you don't. You are great at your art/music/stories. You are great, and even though there's always space for improvement, you're still doing great. I believe in you.

This friendo's, is a prime example as to why I think & more importantly, 2K20 sucks! Some of their models are an improvement, some suck eggs, but all just do not compare to what's possible. I should hope this is a taste of what the PS5 brings! We can do better!

6. creation process - its basically: I have a design & Maybe an archetype/trope for them in mind, I draw them & from there I either keep their design & begin fleshing them out Or I go back & change what I think needs improvement, whether its their palette or the whole design lmao

Could still use quite a bit of improvement, but I'm getting better! Slowly but surely.

15 years of improvement, the first drawing took me an hour back then, the second one took me 20 minutes

I was tagged by to share my 2016/17/18/19 pics to show growth (if any lol)! So here we go. I don't see much improvement, but I did try lots of new things each year!
