I looked up what a flying fox was & they are a megabat & one of the largest species of bats in the world so between that & her giant vampire bat answer both of Steph's inkblot test answers are types of bats & considering Steph is a batgirl/ part of the batfam that's kind of cute

Arctic foxes produce the largest litters in the order Carnivora. Averaging 5-8 but reaching as many 25 in a litter. Also they have 12-16 nipples apparently, which I learned after finishing the drawing, but I've got it for future reference at least.
