Depends on perspective but also animal! Some artists draw cats with the same type of snarl as a canine but because of muzzle length thats not totally accurate! Cat snouts are shorter so there is less skin thus less wrinkles. Where K9s have longer ones = more skin = more wrinkles

It's just quadballs in the sculpt mode! One for the base head, one ear, one eyeball, one for the nose/top muzzle, one lower jaw and one tooth. I just drag things around until I like the shape, and then merge and fillet the seam so it's smooth.
