Now, I don't have exact power refs, but I did draw Bielle with the Ink Wing once or twice. It comes out of her right and she mains the Grim Range on her left hand.
Orcana, when taking off her inhibitors, just becomes Movie Sonic with the slight blue glow and mains both Tetras
