Cleaned my GCC, booted Smash and L-Trigger didn't work.
Opened that mf again and tried to fix it -> L-Button still not working.
Then I remembered that Smash Ult has a bug that sometimes your L button is not responding.
Reset my GCC in Smash -> works!
