⚡️Made some handy guides on exercises for desk workers.
These simple stretches have really helped me move better & stand taller. I try to do these before work, before lunch & after work mon-fri. Takes 10 mins.
My various stiff or sore bits are MUCH better now - I hope they help!

Studying a lot of those old Mickey Mouse comic drawings. On the surface I thought the positioning of his ears didn’t make sense, but now I realize they do a lot to convey weight and emotion and movement. If they were static it would look stiff, like much of 3D Mickey stuff.
