While painting this, the file got corrupted. I only had 1 screenshot of a wip I shared on IG stories, but in low quality. So, I had to repain(t) by tracing it almost pixel by pixel💀and here's the result. Always save backups, guys 😭

I only super super recently started using 3D models in my art, but I'll show an example of how I utilized tracing.

Can't remember the exact model I used but I looked for a dog skull 3D scan on Sketchfab, positioned it and drew over it. 🤷‍♀️

Today I'm remembering my pre-pixel-artist days when we were making a game without knowing anything about These BGs have a bit of everything: tracing, colour reduction, transparent layers etc.
But they still look like pixelart.
This was 10 years ago, I guess.
