I COULD see an argument for May with Irida, they have similarly styled outfits, but all of the other ancestors typically have the same face, eye and hair colours, which she doesn’t share with May. So it’s probably just a visual coincidence.

I started this year with a pencil, and got a tablet in May. I only make water-related art, and I do think the tablet helped me a lot with my technique! Here's one from January vs one of of my latest. I do hope to get better in 2022, especially with shading and backgrounds!
