Little is known about Togashi. No artist is credited for the cover art of Street Fighter Zero 3 for Matching Service but Street Fighter V AE has corrected this oversight by crediting them.

Actually, it seems some of the pages ARE aspect-corrected. Like this shot of KQ4. In this shot of LSL2 however it shows square pixels. Same problem with this shot of SQ3. So it's wildly inconsistent throughout the book. And pages that show multiple pics like FPFP are wrong too.
