Day 949: Casual Night Out! Tonight's result was interesting, but felt slightly lacking unfortunately! The shirt didn't really capture a sense of life, and felt blocky to me. I feel like I'm dancing around really capturing flow and motion in my art finally. I need more practice!

Biggest thing about this collection is that we did a whole new encode. The old DVDs were a bit-starved, blocky mess, and now it has plenty of room to breath. The original masters are very clean digital SD, and the new encode did is the best this show has ever looked.

Updated the idle for Riley's father, Christopher Wrean. The Wyrmheart Blade now looks more like a rapier compared to the blocky red original.

I tried to go a bit more daring with this idle.

I was a bit intimidated by the idea of drawing this, although I think I did reasonably well, and it was a lot of fun, so I'll do more space drawings in the future. I think the face is kind of disproportionate, and I'm not overly proud of how the eye came out, a it big, + blocky.
