Studying for my ob/gyn shelf tomorrow - my last day of clerkships in 2022! & per usual, made a study guide of things learned over the past 6 weeks. I enjoyed ob/gyn - it combined some of my passions (women's health, longitudinal pt care, surgery). Looking forward to the holidays!

9 years of brute force. Went straight to drawing the fun stuff from day one, didn't do any kind of formal or informal studying... and yet somehow was still able to get this far. Horrible approach, I could do way better, buut hey, it worked, I guess?

Shut up, pick up a pencil, and start practicing and studying.
As any Skill, it's something you have to acquire through hard work!

This was my first piece of art following uni, when I was completely burnt out after years of studying the topic and fear I could never create to the standard of everyone else. Finally being able to do something for myself helped me to get over that fear ❤️
