@orangerivernw Looks good! There's no wrong way to do fan artwork. I did this from a traced screencap and some reconstruction based on the characters. I did it as a 2D surface in my 3D CAD program. Whatever works for you!

I redrew the entire world map from Kirby and the Forgotten Land! I legit went in-game and traced out the borders and the angles, so this is as accurate of a geological map that I could make! This took like 5 hours!

So here's my last attempt at digital which I was most proud of but it still falls flat. I started with a completed traditional painting and traced it before painting it. The linework is so rough but the colors are flat and I can't figure out how to make it look similar.

I've traced guitars and cars before in my art honestly.

And nothing bad happened.
