Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition (PC, own camera tools). The raytracing based GI is so good in this enhanced edition, unreal. Game still holds up as one of the best ever made (it's still a pain to work with on PC, but alas).

I loved planning & teaching this Fire of London sequence to Y2 last term. Look at the outcomes after 6 weeks of learning, exploration & skills development. Charcoal & chalk houses on tracing paper on painted backgrounds. Hot, fiery colours all mixed by the children themselves.
