There could be many reasons why Isis took Ra's name. My personal guess was to save her brother Horus from death, but there could be other reasons. Though that could also explain why Ra hasn't outright attacked Isis, just uses her words to try and convince her +
But why Isis? What makes her so special that she has the sun's symbol on her? If you look at this particular painting, you see that Osiris doesn't have the horns and sun while Isis does. And even before Osiris became king & wooed Isis, she had the sun necklace.+

Isis figured out Osiris was keeping Anubis alive after she gave Anubis medicine. The curse is constantly trying to kill him, and yet he says he feels better. Every time the curse tries to kill Anubis, Osiris revives the lotus. But during judgment, he simply lets it die. +

Let's not forget that FG has an informant in Heliopolis, and somehow the caravans were able to get through Isis' temple because someone had magic. If FG had been the one to attack the temple, it would've been reported to Isis. There is someone else that is giving him support+

If you look at the vial size and the box Isis had, they seem small and slim enough to put into a cloak and cover it up with figs. At no point does FG ever let go of his cloak, not even when he's surprised by Seth's beauty+
There is no other moment where he could have gotten the medicine except during the trial when Isis was distracted when speaking to Maat and Thoth, watching all the gods come in. After her discussion, she runs into FG.
