Pheobi, is a Bunlop. A sorta lamia Monster girl, that has durable fluff instead of scales. In the Monster Girl Encyclopedia, theres a a Lamia called Bunyip in the english translation of it. But Bunyip is an Australian Wildcat bear swamp mammel.

Wombats even got a megafauna brother! The Diprotodon, a big motherfucker. He’s also a criptid, the Bunyip. Bunyips are a creature from aboriginal mythology (tho the name can vary between mobs), that hangout in billabongs, creeks and other watering holes.

#Fakeathon Day 14 - Bunyip
Crikeydile [grass/water]
The Swamp Beast Pokémon
"It spends most of its time submerged in muddy bog water. It gains some nourishment from the plants growing on its back, but when those aren't enough, it snaps up unwary passersby."

Note to self: steer clear of Australia's billabongs. After seeing this depiction of the bunyip, I have no interest in meeting one face to face. Props to artist @scottpurdy for this amazing work (©Paizo). https://t.co/bWKTOjKA8Q #figmentals #bunyip #folklore
Bunyips have a pretty varied physical description, but this one's got a dog's face, an emu's beak, a walrus' teeth, horse's tail, crocodile's body, and giant flipper arms with claws.
