Blastoise’s cone-shaped tail is further justification for my dislike of the tail of the first two forms. All of the design elements Wartortle built on are just dropped by Blastoise.

On its own merits, he’s a cool mammaloid turtle kaiju thing, and the cannons are rad. 8/10
