Also thanks again to Rukia for lift up Ichigo's spirit so that Ichigo can move forward & overcome his despair, the same way Chad & Isshin did whenever Ichigo felt lost.

After Ichigo was expelled from the royal palace, he felt so failed, all gloomy... and it rains.
But Isshin came in rescue--he unveiled the mystery about Ichigo's true power--so Ichigo can finally back to his sense, hence the rain stopped.

This is one of my fav scenes. Father & son bonding, nothing more special than this.
Isshin came to wake Ichigo up to face the reality. He helps Ichigo to overcome his hopelessness when Ichigo had to deal with Aizen. Isshin's voice changed Ichigo's resolve. ++

In the early chapters, Ichigo was still feeling guilty about the death of his mother... and the rain pouring down as if it's in line w/ what Ichigo felt.
As a father, Isshin helped Ichigo to lift up his spirit, his resolve, thus the rain fades away.
