is a tribute to the mighty Victor Ambrus, who died yesterday. One of the great illustrators, this Hungarian emigre was a magnificent draughtsman. One of the kindest & gentlest people I’ve ever met. This is from his “King Arthur” (Riordan 1982). Farewell!
