Even we don't know where is Luong come from by official. But I pretty sure that she is Vietnamese because she wear Áo dài (one of Vietnam national costume for woman) on her KOFXIV ending 👀

I love all of those characters. For some reason, the positioning of the crown makes me think of Luong or Kasumi. Kasumi is the most logical--but I'd love for Luong to come back. I had a lot of fun playing her.
