It was made by Dawn of Sorrow designer Fumi Ishikawa, yeah the same one that she used that "anime" style.

She would have preferred this style over the one used in Dawn.O.S

Yeah, that’s why I love Nomura’s take on the characters. His version of Tsugumi is way more detailed compared to Kobayashi’s version we see in Neo. Granted, I still love his looser style as it’s easier to draw and doesn’t take as long as Nomura’s dose

Nomura joined volleyball in middle school because of a desire to grow taller! Miraculously, she shot up from 138 cm to 153 cm!
