The Porydex for my Fakemon region was inspired by Rotom-Dex, and they can talk too.
I still can’t believe to this day they decided to give Rotom-Dex of all characters the Brock treatment and have them continue their travels with Ash. What a smart move that I’m incredibly happy with. ☺️
