Here's a few examples of how I do it.

I like to make sure the color pallet is large and accessible. I also like to include height in the info, and try to enlarge areas that may be hard to see (such as eyes and pawpads)

The Colour of the Pawpad is if little importance, The cuteness is related to the individual and that is based on their internal soul & who they are outside of the superficial.

I.E A cute floof will always have cute pawpads, since they are as a whole cute regardless of colour.
