引かれそうだけど、個人的にゲームや映画のモンスターとかクリーチャー系は、人間の頃の面影(顔立ち、当該人物の記憶上の行動ルーチンとか台詞)が残ってると凄い生理的嫌悪感覚えるから好きですね。
後は機械と有機体が癒着とか結合してるようなキャラ(R-typeとかHALOみたいなの)も気持ち悪くて好き。
