Danberu Nan-kiro Moteru got plenty of workout moves which are explained accurately and in detailed way. It also gives some tips about nutrition and off-gym exercises. This show definitely lives up to it's premise. This is a good slice-of-life and sports anime.

The greatest cartoon by Robert McKimson, & one of the funniest Bugs Bunny cartoons period. In an era where the rabbit was becoming more domesticated, a film like this where he deliberately tries to be as big a menace as possible is a breath of fresh air.

Years ago I created this illustration of a building that was shaped like the continental United States. Or more accurately, took on that shape when viewed from one particular angle. I tried to make it look like something that could theoretically be built, three dimensionally.
