Wanted to share a concept I have for a base I got from @serieswvsk! I was inspired by @Roxxy_N_Roll for this character concept. Despite being more 80s goth themed like Siouxsie Sioux and Patrica Morrison with a mohawk, I think there’s enough hair and Aquanet to make up for it :P
