now is to make an animation that we can use while face tracking. I actually used multiple different motion path for the tears to flow, so that the flowing won't be too constant. Alternating between different motion paths creates the illusion that the tears are flowing everywhere.

Just now realizing that trying to get the shading even across alternating bands of colors is gonna be a un uphill battle when each color is it's own separate layer and you can't have both on the same layer because then it'd all just blend together

The heat dome over northwest America is just a part of a planetary wave number 4 pattern going around the whole northern hemisphere. I.e. 4 red areas with northward alternating with 4 blue areas with southward air flow aloft.
