Here's something I drew for #AnatoMEI, it's what I came up with for an anatomically realistic(-ish) fusion of a shark mouth and a human mouth for Gura (complete with bottom teeth! :D)
Oh also #gawrt
@JV_Slaughter @bumplebeee @dinnafashh I love giving my furry ocs a bottom lip! I think it helps em out anatomically since they talk!
i hate the way this drawing came out so i’m going to abandon it 😓
i hope it’s obvious that the bottom middle drawing isn’t fully painted so the dead guy laying there isn’t anatomically correct 😅
One seldom catches a glimpse of the skirmishers from the rear. I'm pretty sure they have eyes in the back of their heads...
Tis a lovely view though, anatomically speaking. That plumage in game is just so intricate ❤️
🎨by @EncryptdMachine, my go to T'vaoan artist at this point!
pretty sure this isn't anatomically correct, like all I do.
@adooboo1 - Then, for the face proportions, I make sure that the eyes are take up most of the space, and I draw the mouth kinda close to them, a lot closer than it is anatomically correct. I’ve found that squishing the facial features together makes the character look small and bubbly 🌸
nobody told me it would take YEARS to learn how to stylize and exaggerate my style haha
you wouldve thunk that making a character very stylized would be easier than anatomically correct, its the opposite for me lol
@kaiyabunga There are anatomically different skeletons in the Cranium Spirits series. They have their own unique style, but are divided into different biomes and different characteristics. There is also a small illustration of the illustrator's logo on different parts of each character.
Muscle practice from the week
Aiming for something anatomically on-point but stylised

Heart hooves but they're more anatomically correct (compared to G5)
All of Raul Martin’s concept art for Jurassic World Dominion is fantastic, but for me, his Giganotosaurus and feathered T.Rex go the hardest. They actually fit better with the JP aesthetic while still being mostly anatomically correct.
Universal fucking robbed us, man.
Holy moly this one took a while, I need to start tracking how long I spend on these. Moganopterus, an early Cretaceous pterosaur from the Yixian formation. Detail shot below. As usual, if I messed up anything anatomically, let me know!
100dayartchallenge day 47. More anatomy.
I'm improving but I need to figure out how to make the bodies more anatomically correct.

@opensea Cranium spirit series includes different types of characters that are not normally anatomically possible but resemble animals. Some features of the characters make them different from each other with their colors and bones.
Haven’t told it here before but -
A year ago Mike Shinoda slid into my DMs asking for anatomically correct Cheshire Cat art… https://t.co/ypmxSflwJ2
