@rinboz i lack the vocab to articulate whats goin on but: sprite sheets like this are rigged and animated in spine, but the sprites themselves are pngs. i think only walking and combat have animations, so everything else (attacks, defenses) is static images that show up with vfx

Fifi Sprite: I had this one 90% done for a long time. Someone mentioned her on one of the older animations, so I decided to get her tail drawn and let the standing sprite go out into the net.
She's made out of 25 colors + alpha, and is 70px x 55px.
