Wonderfully detailed drawings from Micrographia (1665) by Robert Hooke, the first book devoted entirely to the microscopic world. Hooke's book was an immediate best seller, with Samuel Pepys describing it as "the most ingenious book I have ever read in my life".

this is so convenient seeing as I literally went on a rant about my Sammy Emily before-

(to clarify about the "I accidentally wrote a fanfiction" line: this happens strangely often. I get invested in what I'm describing and it turns into.. like. actual writing.)

I avoid using babyfur in all cases (including things like tags) when describing Glimmer, not because because I think it's an inherently kink term (I know it isn't), but I know a lot of people unfamiliar with it think it is, and I don't wanna scare people off.

🧙‍♂️ A Master of the Dark Arts and a Powerful, although Dangerous Ally.

🤝 Trust is NOT a word that comes to mind when describing this BEAST of a Mage!

Are you describing your character's physical appearance in a way that readers can visualize? The trick is to pick details that show something deeper - character traits, emotions, values, interests, occupations & more. This might help: https://t.co/loJBDHWhE3

The remix feature is pretty neat. No inpainting, just describing what I want different. Definitely still finicky but clearly going to be an incredible tool.

Did you know Dungeons and Dragons came from a wargame called Chainmail? It grew out from playing an army to playing a character and describing fights in more cinematic ways. That's why miniatures are also a staple in the game as it shares DNA with miniature Wargames

Fun fact: The official name for this spread is "DEATH without strawberry" - Rukia without Ichigo. The word 'eyes' in the poem isn't the usual 「目」 but 「瞳」- describing a girl's beautiful eyes. It means that both the spread and the poem are from Ichigo's POV on Rukia 💀🍓

I can imagine Stephanie's voice clearly in my head, but I have a hard time describing it. 😆 It's sweet and kinda calming, I think. And I imagine Lady in black with a lower pitched, yet feminine voice.
