None of the included VICE palette files look quite right to me, so I colour-matched the palette from another emulator using https://t.co/g2zOQogpK9 and created a custom palette file

Yeah. 😁 I still find it hard to pick a VICE palette that I like. I had an early model breadbin, but most of the emulators do a later-VIC-II palette. 🤔 And the Speccy emulator I'm using has particularly vibrant colours, just to exacerbate the situation. 😎

The ZX Spectrum version I'm still working on, as I was getting all sorts of weird bugs with the versions I was trying. But eventually I worked out it was the emulator that was at fault, so I've switched. I'll come back to that one later. 😄

Also yes, they work in the Ruffle emulator. Geared Up even got back in the recording booth to play Burble again. Tasia, though, didn't for Safe People.

Wow, beta testers already found the nastiest bug in From Below Pocket. Basically, sprites didn't work in a whole bunch of emulators (but happened to work in the emulators I use). Huge thanks to the community for help fixing it!

I remembered playing Legacy of Goku on the back in between 2019 and 2020. I remembered the soundfont being used in other games developed by Webfoot, well at least two games. Here's an example of the soundfont sounds like (aka my fav bgm from the first game)

for me each mask brings me different visions
the emulator looks like a mix of bonnie and freddy, the bluzzy i think is original and unique and while the ryber looks weirdly good

emulator can shape shift so if he met curse (or any other exe) he'd try mimicking their face to freak em out a bit, even though he's barely recognisable as the exe he's mimicking because of his face being mostly covered in shadow
