I believe the Faroe Islands were already isolated from Scotland & Greenland by that point (see pic), so there would have been some barriers to animal dispersal. Possibly some unique island fauna though, as we see on islands today - without fossils we can't be sure.

These fossils/imprints are connected to your ones on the Faroe Islands: they were all formed during the same series of lava flows across the North Atlantic around 60 mya. So there would have been many similarities in the flora and fauna that got 'cooked' 😉
