Basically they're a guardian angel of sorts to a human who shares the same name as them (distinguished by their last name, Ahn).

My UTAU is Hexia! Her "lore" is complex, but basically she's an AI that was designed as a personal assistant & gained sentience! (& she's a lesbian!)
