Progress isn't linear. There are issues with my art that are present now that weren't before. The difference is learning from these mistakes and improving. You can tell my art has improved a lot since a few years ago.
@Random_Blorper My art when I was 18 (2016) vs my art at 23 (2021). Same character. Dunno about you, but just because your art isn't good doesn't mean you should give up on improving it. And I'm still improving. You just called it quits because you couldn't become Leonardo Da Vinci overnight.

I like to post comparative pieces side by side in order to remember that I am indeed improving. Sometimes progress just takes a long time. This is after years of SmART School and over a year of mentorship with @howardlyonart.

Like, I look at the art I was making when I first started playing FFXIV to now, and it’s like… holy shit I’ve learnt things lmao. I’ve been IMPROVING. Maybe my process is slower than others, but I HAVE gotten better. It’s awesome. Makes me feel happy 🥰
