okay for people who don't know their KOF essentially K9999 was a character who happened to be a direct homage to Tetsuo from Akira and because of this he hasn't appeared in anything for like, 20 years for copyright reasons. Tonight they just announced he's back, but Different.

No se si sabras sobre esto pero K9999 fue jugable en algunos juegos para mobiles en la era de SNK Playmore.
KOF X GAROU DENSETSU y el SNK Dream Battle.
Incluso Nameless estuvo en esos juegos.

Una prueba de que nunca hubo problemas con el autor de Akira sobre K9999

After KOF 2002, he was still present in the SNK Playmore era, doing cameos, having official artwork and even appearing as playable in mobile games like in SNK Dream Battle and KOF X GAROU DENSETSU

In the manhua adaptation of KOF 2002, Angel died at the end and K9999 left sadly.

In the games, Angel is alive but K9999 disappeared without any trace.

Both in the comics and games it is sad that they can't be together 😢😢😢

There wasn't any issues with Akira's author.
In fact, after KOF 2002, K9999 was still present in the SNK Playmore era, making cameos, appearing as playable in some official mobile games (alongside Nameless) and even appeared in the KOF N.E.S.T.S. Saga recap video.

That poster made by Hiroaki is so cool!

The logo of KOF 2001 is excellent.
It's in my top 3 best logos in the series.
I like how the colors refer to K9999.
