Finally saw an Andy Milligan film I really enjoyed & recommend. Also saw Steve Cochran's last film before his mysterious death. Cochran plays a Bond-like hero battling drug smugglers while juggling the affection of 2 beautiful nightclub singers https://t.co/mce9bi3cNR

April 6th: The Deadly Spawn

Not gonna lie, I fell asleep through like ten minutes of this. I wasn't that big of a fan, which is a shame. Giant alien worms should've been a slam dunk.

My ★★½ review of The Deadly Spawn on Letterboxd https://t.co/F70PUM71Qt

April 5th: Ready Player One

Rewatched RPO. Still don't like RPO. Fuck this movie for how they treated my boy.

I’ve put a lot of thought into my latest Letterboxd list and would welcome hearing about any titles I may be missing (but I reserve the right to dispute them)

back in like 2014-15 i was like obsessed with letterboxed "this looks like a screencap from something" art and honestly I should've practiced it more over the last 5 years LOL

March 24th: Green Room

Green Room is so fun. But God, I can't tell you a single name of any character in the movie. A punk band fighting neo-nazis should be way more bombastic than this, even if it is dope.

My ★★★½ review of Green Room on Letterboxd: https://t.co/1ygw5hlC20

March 22nd: Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla

Jun Fukudas BEST Godzilla movie since Ebirah, bar none. This is also easily one of the strongest MechaGoji movies in the whole franchise.

March 18th: The Snyder Cut

Ok fine, now that it legitimately exists...it was ok. As long as it doesn't get in the way of other cool shit, I'm fine with HBO throwing Snyder a bone.

My ★★½ review of Zack Snyder's Justice League on Letterboxd: https://t.co/7ElajEV7TS

March 16th: Eyes Without A Face

What a classic of the horror genre. A magnificent piece of atmospheric filmmaking. What a movie that could do with a remake. I vote direct it, come on!

I’ll probably write my detailed thoughts on GODZILLA VS KONG in my Letterboxd later. For now, just gonna have a bit more fun by giving a big shout out to some recent screen apes. Out her doing big things for ape kind!!
